§ Mr. Hammersleyasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he is aware that the increased Entertainments Duty imposed by the Finance Bill is being used as an excuse for rearranging the seating accommodation at many cinemas and other places of entertainment, with the result that the number of lower-priced seats is considerably reduced; and will he take such steps as are available to him to prevent this practice?
