HC Deb 30 July 1942 vol 382 cc705-6W
Mr. Liddall

asked the Minister of Labour whether, in view of the registration of the older age groups and the need for man-power in all spheres of the war effort, he will now take steps to mobilise for appropriate war work all men under 41 years of age of lower medical grades who are liable for service and not reserved or deferred?

Mr. Ernest Bevin

I would refer my hon. Friend to the reply I gave to the hon. Member for West Salford (Mr. Emery) on 19th March, a copy of which I am sending him.
