Friend is referring to Military Service (Hardship) Committees or to local appeal boards, but in any case I do not338W agree that the committees or boards give little consideration to domestic circumstances. If my hon. Friend will supply me with particulars of the cases which he has in mind, I shall be happy to make inquiries in the matter.
