§ Captain PilkingtonIn reply to the first part of the Question I would refer the hon. and gallant Member to the answer given to the hon. Member for Chester le Street (Mr. Lawson) on 4th March. I can say, however, that the availability of skilled labour would be one of the factors in deciding whether a shipyard should be re-opened.
