§ Mr. LawThe only hon. Members who have been invited by the British Council in the last two years are my right hon. Friend who at the time represented the Gorton Division of Manchester, and my hon. Friend the Member for Frome (Mrs. Tate). The former accepted last year an invitation to lecture in South America, but was obliged to cancel his tour. The latter has accepted an invitation to lecture also in South America.
