§ Mr. H. MorrisonParliament has each year since 1939 decided that the Register of Electors for 1939 shall remain in force and that no new register shall be prepared. The statutory provisions are contained 1371W in the Local Elections and Register of Electors (Temporary Provisions) Acts of 1931, 1940 and 1941.
