Smilesasked the Secretary of State for India whether he is aware that overseas pay to medical officers who joined up in India has only been paid from 21st November, 1941;and whether he will take the necessary steps to have the balance due to medical officers from the actual date of their joining the Indian Medical Service credited to those officers who joined up before that date?
