§ Sir J. GriggThe total quantity of pipe tobacco and cigarettes available for the Services at pre-Budget prices is limited. The supplies of pipe tobacco have been temporarily out of proportion, possibly because of increased demand since the present arrangements were introduced. Steps have been taken to remedy this.
