§ Dr. Littleasked the Prime Minister whether, as the ports and air bases of Eire are urgently required by Britain and the United States of America for the successful prosecution of the war against our enemies, he will approach the President of the United States with a view to making representations to Mr. de Valera to give the use of, or lease, these ports and bases to Britain and America for the duration of the war?
