§ Captain MargessonBrassards with the Geneva Cross are issued to all officers of the Army Medical Services in accordance with Article 21 of the International Convention for the Amelioration of the Conditions of the Wounded and Sick in Armies in the Field. These brassards are required to be worn when serving in a theatre of active operations, and in connection with operational exercises when so ordered by a General Officer Commanding.
