§ Mr. George HallThere is no legislation in force in Malaya on the lines of the United Kingdom War Damage Act, and it would be clearly impracticable to introduce it in the present situation. I can only say that my hon. Friend's Question touches upon a most complex problem which is receiving earnest consideration.
