MorrisonAn instruction was issued to all post offices in November, 1941, that parcels or packets addressed by means of labels should not for the time being at any rate be refused because of a possible infringement of the Control of Paper (No. 36) Order, 1941. I am not aware of any post office having refused parcels with stuck-on labels, but if my hon. Friend will give me particulars of any such cases, I shall be glad to have inquiry made.
