Mr. HudsonThe powers of compulsory agistment of livestock conferred by Defence Regulation 628A are delegated to County War Agricultural Executive Committees. Having regard to the large amount of vital food production work falling on them, these committees have not been called upon to make any returns of the cases in which the powers have been exercised. I am therefore not in a position to supply the information asked for by my hon. and gallant Friend.
