MorrisonInstruction and advice to the public about their conduct in invasion was embodied in the Government's leaflet "Beating the Invader" circulated to every household in the country last summer. Should there be any occasion for modifications of those aspects of this policy for which the Ministry of Home Security is responsible, every appropriate means, including Press conferences, would be adopted to bring them to the notice of the public.
