§ Mr. E. BrownI would refer my hon. Friend to the reply which I gave him on 7th August, 1941. There has not been any material alteration in the cost of living since then, and I should not feel justified, therefore, in proposing any amendment of the Supplementary Pensions Regulations at the present time.
