§ Mr. AttleeUnder the declaration by the United Nations issued in Washington, each Government pledges itself to employ its full resources, military or economic, against those members of the Tripartite Pact with which such Government is at war. His Majesty's Government intend to implement this pledge to the utmost of their power.
