§ The Attorney-GeneralAs stated in my answer to my hon. Friend on 23rd October, 1941, the evidence must be limited to the issues raised in these proceedings. The evidence in the possession of the Crown to which I think my hon. Friend refers is not relevant to those issues but is being considered with regard to the other issues raised by this case.
