SinclairIt is usual for Scottish banks to issue only Scottish bank notes to R.A.F. units in Scotland and consequently it is not always practicable for such units to exchange Bank of England notes for Bank of Scotland notes belonging to personnel going to England. I am therefore arranging for free exchange facilities to be provided at all R.A.F. units in England.
