§ Mr. H. MorrisonI have sent my hon. Friend the particulars specified in the first, second and third parts of the Question. The particulars for which he asks in the last part involve certain categories of cases in regard to which, as I explained in my answer to a Question by the hon. and gallant Member for Handsworth (Commander Locker-Lampson) on 18th December last, all the information which can properly be given has already been made public.
