§ Mr. Noel-BakerLoudspeakers are already provided at a number of stations but to install them in all stations would be difficult in view of the labour and materials required. I will, however, consult with the Railway Executive Committee and if my hon. Friend has in mind any particular station where an installation is specially desirable, perhaps he will communicate with me.
