asked the Minister of Agriculture whether, in view of the changed situation in the war, he will now divert food rations used for horses running under National Hunt Rules to milk production?

No, Sir. The quantity of feeding-stuffs involved is insignificant and in any case racing under National Hunt rules will soon come to an end for this season.
