Mr. McNeilasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Food whether there has been any improvement in the number of milk registrations at Greenock since 26th November, 1941, when 25 per cent. of the population had failed to register?
Major Lloyd GeorgeYes, Sir. I am glad to say that since my hon. Friend raised the question of the position at Greenock last November there has been a very substantial improvement. More than 90 per cent. of the population of Greenock have now registered for milk, as compared with 75 per cent. in November.
