HC Deb 17 December 1942 vol 385 c2098W
Mr. Parker

asked the Home Secretary whether he is keeping a watch on the "People's Common Law Parliament"; whether he is aware that this organisation is Fascist and defeatist in character; and what action he is taking to deal with its seditious activities?

Mr. H. Morrison

A watch is kept on the activities of this organisation, and appropriate action would of course be taken should occasion arise. As at present advised however I do not think that the activities of this organisation are of such a character as to call for any action on my part.
