§ Mr. BrackenYes, Sir. Those who hold a permit to do so can send printed matter to Northern Ireland provided they affix the special permit label to the parcel. I am afraid that the Red Cross and St. John War Organisation failed to do so 1945W on this occasion and consequently the parcel was returned to them by the Post Office.
