WomersleyThe War Orphans' Act, 1942, places upon me the duty of making provision for any war orphan who is suffering from neglect or want of proper1796W care irrespective of whether the child is the child of a Service man or of a civilian. The Act provides that the supervision may be extended until the child is 21 even though pension may have ceased before that age is attained.
