§ Mr. H. MorrisonTwenty-seven free pardons have been granted during the last three years in respect of non-indictable offences. In each case there has been one warrant under the Royal Sign Manual. Each warrant was sent to the clerk of the court to be noted on his1728W records and is now with the relevant Home Office papers.
