Mr. HudsonI am not aware that there has been any substantial alteration in the extent to which fish landed at the principal fishing ports are headed or filleted before being sent inland. The offal resulting from this process continues to be sent to the fish meal factories at the ports for conversion into feeding stuffs for poultry, pigs and cattle.
