§ Sir A. DuncanNo, Sir. Normally six forms in all, of which three are, in substance, carbon copies, are required to carry through the series of transactions referred to. Special care has been taken to simplify the procedure and minimise the use of paper and labour, consistent with maintaining a proper record of the transactions.
