Any application by a member of the Canadian Army Overseas

in Malaya when Singapore fell, only five have been so far reported to be prisoners of war. On the assumption that those not yet heard of are prisoners, there should be a sufficient number to allow them to minister adequately to their fellow prisoners, provided they are allowed the necessary facilities.
