Mr. Gallacher

asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he has considered the resolution of the Scottish Co-operative Women's Guild, Section VII, sent to him by the hon. Member for West Fife, calling upon the Government to withdraw the supplementary allowance scale for old age pensioners in favour of a flat rate pension of 30s. a week, without the imposition of a means test; and what answer he has returned?
