§ Mr. T. SmithThe reinstatement of the surface has scarcely started on any of the sites in question but will be begun on certain sites in the near future. Provision has been made for satisfactory reinstatement which will be carried out in agreement with the local Land Commissioner of the Ministry of Agriculture.
