§ Captain MargessonThe arrangements last winter were designed to ensure that each member of the Home Guard was able to have a minimum of two nights' training a week. The same basis has been adopted for the coming winter, but this does not, of course, prevent local modifications of last year's arrangement's where experience has shown this to be desirable.
