asked the Home Secretary whether he can give any information in connection with the charge made before the Recorder of London, on Tuesday, against the manager of a Bournemouth firm of contractors for inciting the Duranbrite Flooring Company to defraud the Admiralty; and whether he has had his attention drawn to the statement made by the Recorder about the case?
