§ Mr. HicksYes, Sir. The Royal Institute of British Architects has made two interim reports—one on the necessity for a national planning authority and the other on the development of war-time housing. The latter does not directly concern my Noble Friend. The former has been discussed with the Institute and is receiving my Noble Friend's careful consideration in connection with the preparatory work for reconstruction.
