DuncanAs previously announced, a supplementary issue of coupons will shortly be made to children who are unable to benefit from the lower coupon-values assigned to the smaller sizes of clothing, while discussions are taking place with the representatives of industries so as to ensure that they have sufficient coupons to meet their essential needs. In the meantime, industrial clothing necessary for the health or safety of workers may be obtained coupon-free on certification by a Factory Inspector.
