§ Colonel LlewellinThe International Convention relating to the Treatment of Prisoners of War 1929 does not apply to merchant seamen but if it should ever be possible to arrange for the mutual repatri-1640W ation of persons not covered by that Convention His Majesty's Government would certainly do their utmost to see that sick and injured seamen were included in those arrangements.
