§ Captain CrookshankI have been asked to reply. I am not quite clear what the hon. Member has in mind in the first part of his Question, but if he is referring specifically to propaganda for monetary savings, the responsibilily lies with the National Savings Committee and its fellow committees in Scotland and Northern Ireland. Their efforts to increase the rate of savings by all possible means of publicity will be intensified during the Warship Weeks Campaign.
