§ Mr. BevinA leaflet dealing with this matter was published when the Essential Work (General Provisions) Order, 1941, was made. The Order has since been amended and a further amendment is at present under discussion with the Joint Consultative Committee of the British Employers' Confederation and the Trades Union Congress General Council.
