§ Captain MargessonYes, Sir. It has now been decided that service rendered by officers in the ranks of an Imperial contingent of a Dominion Force during an emergency shall be allowed to reckon for promotion and increase of pay equally with service in the British Army under the conditions laid down in the Pay Warrant.
