MorrisonPersons over 60 years of age are under no obligation to perform fire prevention duties under the Fire Prevention (Business Premises) (No. 2) Order, but they are liable to perform such duties under the Civil Defence Duties (Compulsory Enrolment) Order. It is proposed, however, shortly to amend the latter Order and by one of the amendments proposed this difference between the two Orders will be removed.
