§ Colonel LlewellinThe number of those, with experience in the Merchant Navy who have expressed their willingness to return, if required, is so large that it has not been necessary to call upon any who have been long absent from the sea, or to provide refresher courses of the kind to which the hon. Member refers. I am communicating with the hon. Member in regard to the particular officer to whom he has called attention.
