§ Mr. BrackenProfessor Mittwoch and Professor Schacht are both of German nationality. They are not employed on the staff of the Ministry of Information, but as advisers on matters of Arabic and Persian phraseology, caligraphy, etc., on which they are experts of world reputation. They have no opportunity to obtain any confidential information, and have no access to confidential papers.
