§ Captain Ellistonasked the Prime Minister whether he will amplify the statement in his Mansion House speech, that the Government will never enter into negotiations with the Nazi régime by a further declaration that Article 8 of the Atlantic Charter must be a fundamental condition in any peace agreement with representatives of the German people?
