§ Captain MargessonNo instances have been brought to my notice of the use of arms by German Army medical personnel in action against British or Allied troops, but I am making further inquiries in the case of the latter. My hon. Friend will appreciate that international law permits the training of medical personnel in the use of arms in their own defence.
