WoodThe explanatory pamphlet issued by the War Damage Commission is designed to assist claimants in completing the Commission's form of claim and in securing the benefit for which they are eligible under Part I of the War Damage Act. It is distributed free to such persons, and in response to the public demand arrangements have now been made for the pamphlet to be placed on sale to the general public.
