§ Captain WaterhouseThe areas to which the Board of Trade have asked wholesalers to send larger proportions of available supplies are those broad marketing areas whose population has increased by a certain minimum proportion of the722W pre-war figure. My right hon. Friend could only consider the representations suggested by my hon. Friend if they referred to substantial areas in which the population had materially increased. He will, of course, take account of population changes that may occur in future.
