§ Mr. E. BrownMy hon. Friend appears to have in mind a somewhat narrow interpretation of the term "identity." The persons who are entitled to inspect National Registration Identity Cards should be well instructed as to the nature of the evidence which they afford; and I have no reason to believe that their title can give rise to any misconception.
