Major Lloyd GeorgeYes, Sir, owing to the reduction in shipping space available for the importation of foodstuffs and animal feeding-stuffs, it is not possible to provide for the importation of bird seed at the present time. I am sending to my hon. Friend a copy of a Press Notice, that was issued on this subject on the 19th February, which contains some additional information.
