Jarvisasked the Home Secretary whether he will inquire into the activities of the Constitutional Publishing Company, of 42, Maiden Lane, Strand, who are sending through the post, without request, 20 books of stamps for the Empire Stamp Fund, and requesting payment of £1, 50 per cent. of which is stated to be allocated to the Ministry of Aircraft Production for warplanes, and 50 per cent. to cover the cost of propaganda; and whether he approves of the method adopted and is satisfied of the company's bona fides?
