Major Lloyd GeorgeThe total cost of running the Food Advice Centre at Reading, including wages, is approximately £25 a week. The average attendance at demonstrations is 50 a week, and the personal inquiries average 130 a week. The duties of the staff are not confined to the centre; they also carry out visits and demonstrations throughout the Southern Division.
